CAFFAN Holds Capacity Building Workshop for Fish Farmers

As part of its commitment to improving productivity within the aquaculture sector, the Catfish and Allied Fish Farmers Association of Nigeria (CAFFAN) successfully organized a capacity-building workshop for fish farmers and aquaculture entrepreneurs.

The workshop brought together farmers, hatchery operators, feed manufacturers, consultants, and young entrepreneurs to learn from industry experts on best practices in fish production, water quality management, disease prevention, business planning, and market development.

Participants also had the opportunity to network with fellow professionals, exchange experiences, and explore new technologies capable of improving farm efficiency and profitability.

CAFFAN will continue to organize similar training programmes across the country as part of its mission to build a more competitive and sustainable aquaculture industry.
